Radnja prati Nemorina, siromašnog seljaka koji je duboko zaljubljen u lijepu i bogatu Adinu. Dok se samouvjereni narednik Belkore otvoreno udvara Adini, ona Nemorina muči svojom ravnodušnošću. Inspirisan legendom o Tristanu i Izoldi, Nemorino traži čudesni napitak koji će mu pomoći da osvoji njeno srce. Dolazak harizmatičnog doktora Dulkamare pruža savršenu priliku; Nemorino kupuje „ljubavni napitak”, što pokreće niz duhovitih događaja koji otkrivaju koliko je zaljubljena osoba spremna da učini zbog ljubavi.
Ovu razigranu produkciju, ispunjenu upečatljivim i nezaboravnim arijama, izvešće ansambl prve Operosa ljetne operske akademije, uz pratnju Operosa kamernog orkestra. Operosa ljetnja operska akademija, realizovana u saradnji sa Muzičkom akademijom na Cetinju, okupila je talentovane mlade pjevače i muzičare iz Crne Gore i cijele Evrope. Pod vođstvom renomiranih mentora – vokalnih pedagoga Snežane Nene Brzaković i Edite Garčević Koželj, reditelja Martina Lojda-Evansa i dirigenta Džejmsa Henšoa – ovi mladi umjetnici udružuju svoje talente u stvaranju “Ljubavnog napitka” – L’elisir d’amore, jedinstvenog festivalskog doživljaja.

The plot follows Nemorino, a poor peasant deeply in love with the beautiful and wealthy Adina. While the confident Sergeant Belcore openly courts her, Adina torments Nemorino with her indifference. Inspired by the legend of Tristan and Isolde, Nemorino seeks a miraculous potion to help him win her heart. The arrival of the charismatic Doctor Dulcamara provides the perfect opportunity; Nemorino buys a “love elixir,” setting off amusing events that reveal just how far a person in love is willing to go.
This lively production, filled with striking and memorable arias, will be performed by the ensemble of the first Operosa Summer Opera Academy, accompanied by the Operosa Chamber Orchestra. The Operosa Summer Opera Academy, organized in collaboration with the Music Academy in Cetinje, has brought together talented young singers and musicians from Montenegro and across Europe. Under the guidance of renowned mentors—vocal coaches Snežana Nena Brzaković and Edita Garčević Koželj, stage director Martin Lloyd-Evans, and conductor James Hanshaw—these artists join forces to create a “Elixir of Love” – L’elisir d’amore, a unique festival experience.
