Sinopsis / Synopsis: TREĆI SVIJET je više od dokumentarnog filma o Haustoru – legendarnom
zagrebačkom bendu koji je oblikovao muzičku scenu bivše Jugoslavije. To je priča o dvije kreativne
suprotnosti: Darku Rundeku i Srđanu Sacheru. Kroz prodorne opservacije, novo okupljanje u studiju i
živopisnu arhivu, film otkriva kako je u jednom trenutku zajednička sklonost magiji svakodnevice
spojila ta dva kreativna svijeta da stvore treći.
THIRD WORLD is more than just a documentary about Haustor – the legendary Zagreb band that
shaped the music scene of the former Yugoslavia. It’s a story of two creative opposites: Darko
Rundek and Srđan Sacher. Through sharp insights, a studio reunion, and vibrant archival material,

the film reveals how a shared sensitivity to the magic of everyday life once brought together two
contrasting artistic worlds to create a third one.
O reditelju / Director’s bio: Arsen Oremović (rođen 1966.) diplomirao je filmsku i TV režiju na
Akademiji dramske umjetnosti u Zagrebu. Dvadeset pet godina radio je kao novinar i filmski kritičar
u Večernjem listu. Debitovao je 2013. dokumentarnim filmom U braku sa Švicarcem, nagrađenim
Human Rights Award na Sarajevo Film Festivalu i Grand Prixem na Vukovar Film Festivalu. Slijede
dokumentarni filmovi Sudar u dvorcu (2014., International Music Award USA), Tak kak je (2017.) i
dugometražni dokumentarni film „Treći svijet“ (2025.). Godine 2022. režirao je dugometražni igrani
film Glava velike ribe (Zlatna arena u Puli za glavnu žensku ulogu, Zlatni Orion za najboljeg glavnog
glumca).
Arsen Oremović (born in 1966) holds a degree in Film and TV Directing from the Academy of
Dramatic Art in Zagreb. He worked for 25 years as a journalist and film critic for Večernji list, one of
Croatia’s leading newspapers. He made his directorial debut in 2013 with the documentary Married
to a Swiss Guy, which received the Human Rights Award at the Sarajevo Film Festival and the Grand
Prix at the Vukovar Film Festival. He continued with a number of acclaimed documentaries,
including Crash at the Castle (2014, International Music Award USA), Tak kak je (2017), and others.
In 2022, he directed his first feature fiction film, Head of a Big Fish, which earned the Golden Arena
for Best Actress at the Pula Film Festival and the Golden Orion for Best Actor.

Sinopsis / Synopsis: Nakon sudske presude, četvorogodišnji Adam je hospitalizovan zbog
neuhranjenosti. Lusi, glavna medicinska sestra, dozvoljava Adamovoj majci da ostane duže
od sudski propisanih sati za posjete. Komplikacije nastaju kada majka, još jednom, odbija da
se udalji od sinovljevog kreveta. Za dobrobit djeteta, Lusi će učiniti sve da pomogne ovoj
majci u nevolji.
Following a court ruling, four-year-old Adam is hospitalised for malnutrition. Lucy, the head
nurse, allows Adam’s mother to stay past the court-mandated visiting hours. Complications
ensue when the mother, once again, refuses to leave her son’s bedside. For the sake of the
child, Lucy will do anything to help this mother in distress.

O reditelju / Director’s bio: Laura Vandel je belgijska filmska rediteljka i scenaristkinja.
Debitovala je sa dugometražnim filmom „Igralište“ 2021. godine – dramom koja prati život
sedmogodišnje djevojčice koja se bavi svijetom djece i odraslih. „Igralište“ je premijerno
prikazano na Filmskom festivalu u Kanu 2021. godine, gdje se takmičio za nagradu „Zlatna
kamera“ za najbolji prvi igrani film, osvojivši nagradu FIPRESCI. 2025. godine, Laurin drugi
dugometražni film „Adamovo zdravlje“ sa Leom Draker i Anamarijom Vartolomei u glavnim
ulogama, je imao svjetsku premijeru na Filmskom festivalu u Kanu 2025. godine u sekciji
„Nedelja kritike“.
Laura Wandel is a Belgian film director and screenwriter. She made her feature-
length debut in 2021 with ‘Playground’, a drama film following the life of a seven-year-old
girl dealing with the children’s and adult’s worlds. ‘Playground’ premiered at the 2021
Cannes Film Festival, where it competed for the Caméra d’Or award for best first feature
film, winning the FIPRESCI Prize. In 2025, Wandel’s second feature ‘Adam’s Interest’ starring
Léa Drucker and Anamaria Vartolomei will have its world premiere at the 2025 Cannes Film
Festival in the Critics’ Week section.
